Robert A. Pearce

Although originally from Ohio, Robert has been a long-time resident of New Hampshire, where he lives with his wife and two children. He joined the firm in 2025, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in real estate and commercial law.

Robert’s practice includes negotiating and closing complex commercial real estate transactions, preparing corporate resolutions, bylaws, operating agreements, and other key organizational documents for business entities. He also regularly advises developers and wireless telecommunications companies on land use and zoning matters, helping clients identify and meet the regulatory requirements necessary for the development and use of real property.

Robert is admitted to practice in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College in 1999 and his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Boston University School of Law in 2003.
